Belt bucket elevator has a relatively simple structure, but it is not suitable for conveying materials with great grinding capacity. Operation and maintenance
1. The inspection
A) Check whether the mounting base of the belt bucket elevator drive device is damaged, cracked or loose.
B) Check the stop for signs of damage or leakage.
C) Check the belt bucket elevator for leakage and lubricating oil level.
D) Check whether there is abnormal noise or vibration in all drive system components.
E) Check whether the material flow of the discharge chute is normal, whether it is piled up or blocked, and whether the air pressure in the hoist housing is slightly negative.F) Check that all inspection doors and ports are closed and properly sealed.
G) Check whether there is abnormal noise or vibration in the belt bucket elevator tensioning device.
H) Check the condition of the belt bucket elevator shell for abnormal sound, signs of wear or damage.
2. Check, maintain, maintain and prepare before startup during downtime
A) Check the bearings at both ends of the rubber roller (sprocket) at the head and tail as well as lubrication grease, and clean and add oil if necessary.
B) Check the wear condition of cots (sprockets) at the head and tail.
C) Inspect the wear condition of the steel wire tape (all parts of the plate chain) with slow transmission and check for looseness and cracking.
D) Check the connecting bolts between the brackets and the belt (chain plate) with slow drive and replace the deformed brackets.
E) Check the tail tensioning device.Plate chain hoist such as floating space is too small can be appropriately removed a section for adjustment.
F) Remove sundries in the bottom of the casing and the brackets.
G) Close inspection doors.
H) Check the hydraulic coupler and add oil if necessary.
I) Check the driving motor and reducer.
3. In-operation inspection
A) Check whether the whole machine runs smoothly.
B) Check the nose, tail and middle shell for scraping and jamming and abnormal noise.
C) Check the body and the upper and lower ramps for ash leakage.
D) Check the driving motor and reducer.
4. Start the belt bucket elevator
A) Replacement sampling analysis should be performed before starting the car. Oxygen content should be less than 3% before starting the car. Nitrogen should be filled all the time for replacement protection.
B) After checking, the belt bucket elevator conversion switch can be set to the automatic position and the safety switch to the open position in turn after receiving the switch command.
C) The
belt bucket elevator should be opened first and then officially opened.
D) Belt bucket elevator can operate normally before feeding.
E) Belt bucket elevator is not allowed to start under overload load.
5. Belt bucket elevator
A) Stop feeding before parking, and stop after unloading the material.
B) Set the safety switch to the off position after parking
C) The nitrogen flusher valve can be closed after stopping the vehicle, after sampling analysis, containing less than 0.5% acetylene.
6. Belt bucket elevator Notes for use and maintenance
A) The machine shall be started under no load.After the empty machine starts for 2-3 minutes, feed to the hoist.Stop feeding before stopping, and stop after unloading.
B) Feeding shall be uniform and not exceed the rated conveying capacity of the hoist.In order to avoid the lower part of the hoist material blocking phenomenon.If the material is blocked, the machine must be stopped and cleared immediately.
C) When the hoist operates for 100h after first use or repair, the whole machine shall be re-checked and all bolt contacts shall be tightened.
D) The hoist shall maintain the normal lubrication of all lubrication points during its operation.
E) Regularly check the operation of each part, check whether the bolts at each connection are fastened and whether the traction parts and hoppers are worn and damaged.If there is any damage, it should be removed and replaced in time.
F) All inspection doors must be closed when the hoist is working.If any fault occurs in the working process, stop the operation immediately to eliminate the fault.If there are defects which are not suitable for immediate elimination but have no great impact on the work, they should be recorded and eliminated during maintenance.
G) The caretaker should always observe the operation of each part of the hoist, check the connecting bolts everywhere and tighten them at any time.It is absolutely forbidden to clean and repair the operating part of the hoist while it is in operation.
H) The screw tensioning device in the lower section should be adjusted properly to maintain the tension of the hopper chain in normal operation.The caretaker should always pay attention to the working condition of the hopper chain. If the chain is damaged, it should be removed and replaced when it is to be repaired.
I) Those that cannot be used shall be scrapped. The rest parts shall be allowed to be used after repair.
J) The hoist shall be overhauled every six months, except for maintaining normal lubrication (lubrication position, method and period) and removing and replacing the damaged parts during the operation.The defects recorded in use must be eliminated during maintenance, defective parts replaced and lubricating oil replaced.The service unit can make maintenance cycle according to the working conditions of the hoist.
