1. Principle
A sizers crusher is a crushing machine widely used in coal preparation plants in China. This kind of crusher uses the shear and extrusion action of the crushing teeth to crush the material through two roller pairs. The core part of the sizers crusher is 2 rollers,1 roller supported on a fixed bearing, driven by the motor with pulley rotation. The other roller is supported on another fixed bearing. The two rollers rotate to each other through a pair of synchronous gears which are processed accurately. The two rollers shear the material through the roller to achieve the purpose of crushing the material.
2. The Composition Of The Sizers Crusher
The sizers crusher is composed of prime mover, transmission mechanism, reducer, main engine and so on.
Prime Motor: The prime mover of sizers crusher adopts an electric motor, which can be selected according to the use condition increasing the range of use of the crusher. In short，it is extremely convenient for users who are far away from power supply lines or often change workplaces.

Main Engine: (1) Box body: the main machine of double tooth roll crusher adopts box structure, the frame is welded with steel plate, the split type is made up of a bottom plate, two side plates, and the upper cover, two tooth rollers are installed on the fixed bearing of the frame, and the bearing is connected with the frame through the bearing seat. The two rollers are connected by two gears manufactured with the same precise parameters. (2) Roller: the main working parts of the two-tooth roller crusher are two parallel installations of the tooth roller, the broken tooth is connected with the core shaft through the health, by changing the Angle of the keyway on the broken tooth to achieve the spiral arrangement of the broken tooth on the core shaft. (3) Auxiliary device: the auxiliary device is provided in the main machine of the double-toothed roll crusher. The crushing anvil is arranged between the lower two rollers of the box body and forms the third stage of crushing with two toothed rollers to control the particle size of the product. ④ Granulating device: the clearance between the toothed plate and crushing anvil forms a dynamic screening mechanism. Into the crushing chamber of the material contains qualified particles of material quickly discharged from the gap, and the large material is rotating teeth bite, impact shear and impact stretching and broken, this structure improves the working efficiency and processing capacity of the crusher.
