Tower production line is almost suitable for all kinds of dry mix mortar, because of its small floor area, flexibility and easy to change products. It saved production cost and energy compared with stage production line, because the material is elevated once during the producing process. The material is totally transported from the top to bottom by its gravity, so it reduced the costs. There is no suitable conveying route after precise metering, which ensures less residue, pollution and loss of raw materials in transporting, ensuing a stable formulating ratio of raw material. These advantages make tower production line is more and more popular in Europe, but it has to adjust the system design cause some places have the limit of building height. Dry mix mortar production line is needed to equip the accurate automatic weighing device so that both the main material and the additive agent can achieve the high standard measurement requirements. The standard size tower production equipment have 8-14 main material silo and more than 10 small size additive material silos.
