Light
apron feeder is a continuous feeding machine, suitable for short-distance conveying of bulk materials with the size below 160mm. It is widely used in mining, dressing plant, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other sectors for uniform and continuous feeding from storage bin to crushing, transportation and other machinery. It can be installed horizontally or tilted, with a maximum upward inclination of 20 degrees. Generally suitable for loose density less than 1200kg/m3, block weight less than 140kg, temperature 350℃ below the material.
Medium apron feeder is batch feeder machine, suitable for short-distance conveying of bulk material with particle size below 400mm. It is widely used in mining, dressing plant, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other sectors for even and intermittent feeding from storage bin to crushing, transportation and other machinery. It can be installed horizontally or tilted, with a maximum upward inclination of 20 degrees. Generally suitable for loose density less than 12400kg/m3, block weight less than 500kg, the temperature below 400℃ materials.
The heavy apron feeder is the auxiliary equipment of the transport machinery.it is used in the crushing and grading workshop of large concentrator and cement and building materials department as the silo to the primary crusher for continuous and even feeding, and it can also be used to transport the material with large particle size and specific gravity over short distance. It can be installed horizontally or inclined, with a maximum inclination of 12 degrees. In order to avoid direct hitting of materials to the feeder, the storage bin shall not be emptied.
Various types of apron feeder can be divided into the right type drive and left type drive according to the transmission mode. along the direction of material operation, the drive system on the right side of the machine is the right type drive.
Working principle of

After the apron feeder is started, the motor outputs the driving force according to the rated power, which is converted into the driving force with large torque after the speed change of the coupling and reducer. The driving force is transferred to the spindle device through the locking disc, and the traction force is transferred to the chainplate device to carry the material through the sprocket wheel on the spindle device.
