If the length of the trommel screen is not enough, after the material come into the trommel screen, the movement time of the material on the screen surface is too short, so that the material flow has not enough time spread on the sieve surface and it leads to the screening accuracy become low.
Solution: Before purchasing the trommel screen, please consider the length of the trommel whether is enough, the material is smaller, the length of the trommel screen is longer.
3.Material Blocking On The Sieve Surface
Some materials have viscosity, once the reaction with the content in the air will adhere to the screen, and then the sieve hole will be blocked by the material. Therefore, the influence of the screening surface will be reduced, thus reducing the screening accuracy.
Solution: Cleaning the material residue on the sieve surface timely, keeping the sieve surface clean, or adding the cleaning brush device on the trommel screen.
4.The installation angle of the trommel screen is too large
The shaft trommel screen has an installation angle, according to the material characters, we can select different installation angles, if the installation angle is too large, the material will slip down because of the gravity, so the material movement time is too short on the sieve surface, then the screening accuracy will be low.
5.Damaged Screen Sieve
Considering the environmental pollution problems, some users will ask the supplier made the trommel screen be fully closed type, if the sieve was damaged, the users can’t find it in time, them screening accuracy will be reduced.
Solution: Opening the sealing cover in time to check the screen sieve whether is not damaged, if the sieves were damaged, please repair or change them in time.
