The motor housing should be grounded reliably and the rain cover should be added for outdoor arrangement.
5. Selection of coupler
Special attention should be paid to the installation and connection of hydraulic couplings. Generally speaking, coupler has two installation methods, one is installed on the reducer shaft, the elastic coupling on the side of the motor; The other is mounted on the motor shaft, the elastic coupling on the side of the reducer. For the hard tooth surface reducer, especially the vertical shaft reducer must choose the hydraulic coupling with elastic coupling, so that the quality of the coupling by the motor shaft to bear.
6. Selection of reducer
Reducer is mostly use hardened gears reducer, there are 2 shaft form, parallel shaft and direct delivery shaft. The host can be connected directly, and through open transmission can also be selected. In short, the specific layout should consider the comprehensive cost. Generally speaking, the use of open transmission layout can reduce the cost of the reducer, but the trough chain conveyor distribution space is limited, such as the layout in the steel plate warehouse top pier, the use of direct link type reducer cost is higher, but can greatly reduce the cost of the base steel structure in the pit layout can greatly reduce the cost of civil construction.
7. Installing the safety protection device
