Mechanical installation
When the vibratory separator is placed in a specific position, it depends on whether the user needs to fix the machine, but it must be in a horizontal position, otherwise, the operation of the machine will be affected.The mechanical power line must be connected to the shape of the protective motor device.
2. Pre-operation inspection
1 Whether the fuselage is in horizontal state.2 Whether the frame is properly fixed.Is the fine mesh flat?
4 Whether the belt-ring screws of the fuselage frame are locked.Is the distance between the feeding tube and the screen sufficient?Does the fuselage contact other items?
Iii. Matters needing attention during operation
1 Whether there is abnormal noise.
2 Whether the vibratory separator motor rotates in accordance with the direction shown by the fuselage arrow.Whether the fine mesh is too loose.

Change the method of net
First, unscrew the bundling ring screws and remove the upper frame. Then, remove the damaged fine mesh and replace it with a new fine mesh.Lay the fine net flat on the rough net, put the upper frame back in place again, pull the fine net tightly by hand all around, at the edge of the upper frame and the lower frame on both ends of the opposite side of the body, each with a universal pliers, clamp the upper frame and lower frame tightly.Reinstall the 3 bunches of rings, loosen the universal pliers and tighten the bunches of ring screws.
4. Beat around the bundle ring evenly with a soft hammer, then lock the copper nut, and the fine mesh will be finished.
Change the coarse net method

Regular maintenance:

Every two weeks or so, the motor must be supplemented with an appropriate amount of No. 3 lithium base grease (ZL-3).Accumulatively running for 1500 hours, check the bearing and replace it immediately if damaged.
Preparation before installation
1. Check whether the motor nameplate conforms to the requirements.
2. The insulation resistance shall be measured with a 500-volt megohm meter, the value of which shall not be less than 0.5 megohm; otherwise, the stator windings shall be dried, and the drying temperature shall not exceed 120℃.4. Check whether the motor surface is damaged or deformed.
5, check the power supply, whether there is a phase shortage, and run for 5 minutes without load. Installation and adjustment
1. The vibratory separator motor shall be fastened to the mounting surface, which must be smooth and level.Mounting bolt strength ≥8.8.2. Horizontal installation of motor.
3. The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connected to the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to fold sharply, and it is required to be fixed reliably.
4, the motor should be reliable grounding, the motor has a grounding device, the lead end is marked, can be used to tighten the bolt grounding.
5. Vibration force adjustment.
Use and maintenance
1. The machine shall be equipped with electrical protection device.
2. Check the bottom bolt at least once a day during the early operation of the machine to prevent loosening.(including motor fastening bolts)
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
4. The motor shall be well lubricated, and the motor equipped with the refueling nozzle shall start operation. About 3 # lithium base grease (ZL-3) shall be replenished once every two weeks, and thereafter it shall be replenished once every 600 hours.The amount of refueling should be limited to 15-20g at a time.
5. After the vibratory separator has been running for 1500 hours, the bearing should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
6. When the vibratory separator is used again after stopping for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured with a 500-volt megohm meter, which should be greater than 0.5 megohm.
