Modern high-yield and high-efficiency mine construction is in urgent need of high-yield and high-efficiency equipment, especially the new equipment characterized by fast, high-efficiency and energy-saving. The crusher is one of the important equipment in the coal mine production system, and the performance and working efficiency of the crusher directly affect the normal operation of the entire production system.
1.1 Main Structure The new high-efficiency differential grading mineral sizers take the advanced mineral crushing theory and optimize the multi-stage screening structure, the differential shear of tooth roll and the dynamic jaw plate and other structures to realize the real mineral crushing. The equipment has high efficiency, long life and low energy consumption, which makes up for the shortcomings of similar products at home and abroad. It can completely replace similar foreign products. Differential grading crusher is mainly composed of four parts: screening mechanism, crushing mechanism, power plant and box.
The screening mechanism is designed to learn from the existing mature products, which plays a role of screening and pushing materials, that is, the material of a certain size is directly dropped from the roller sieve gap by the conveyor, and the material of greater than a certain size is pushed into the crushing box for crushing. Each roller is inclined at a certain Angle, and this structure is more conducive to the moving of large materials. The crushing mechanism of the crusher is designed by integrating the structural characteristics of the double-toothed roll crusher, the grading crusher and the jaw crusher, the main function is to break large pieces of material, and has a certain particle size adjustment function. The power plant is mainly composed of a motor, hydraulic coupler, reducer and coupling to provide power. The box is the base on which the various components are installed, and is also the space for grading and breaking.
1.2 Working principle and structural characteristics of the crusher in the working process, the material (raw coal) by the conveyor continuously transported to and dumped above the classification box, to meet a certain size of the material directly from the shaft gap and be transported by the following conveying mechanism, while the bulk of the material is pushed into the crushing box. After entering the crushing box, large pieces of material are first partially broken under the action of tooth shear. At the same time, because the speed of the two rows of gear teeth is different, it also forms a stretching effect on the material. Since the compressive strength of most rock and mineral materials is much higher than their shear and tensile resistance, the ratio between them is roughly 101. A large number of tests have shown that the defects (joints, cracks and damage) of rock materials are easy to produce under the action of shear and tensile forces: stress concentration leads to rupture. Therefore, the material can be broken more easily by the gear teeth. The material falls down when it is broken by the teeth of the wheel, and is constantly broken under the squeezing action between the teeth of the jaw. Small pieces of broken material can fall through the gap between the teeth of the jaw, and the rest of the process is repeated until the large pieces of material are completely broken into the required size.
From the above analysis, it can be concluded that the new differential grading mineral sizers have the following characteristics:
(1) Achieved the real sense of graded crushing. A special screening mechanism is designed to filter out the material that does not need to be broken directly, and the material that needs to be broken is pushed into the crushing box for crushing.
(2) The output is large, and the material plugging phenomenon will not occur. According to the field investigation, when the output is relatively high and the material humidity is relatively large, the ordinary classification crusher is easy to clog and affect the production. The reason is that there is no special screening mechanism, and all materials have to be broken through the crushing box.
(3) The life of the crushing teeth has been greatly improved. According to the site situation, about 70% of the material (raw coal) is small, that is, it does not need to be broken, and only about 30% needs to be broken. In the case of the same output, the working intensity of the crushing teeth is greatly reduced, and the life is naturally increased.
(4) Low energy consumption. The mineral sizers have a lower power of 270kW than a crusher with the same output (400kW for the MMD850).
(5) Adopt the latest crushing theory for structural design, make full use of the shear and tensile action of the gear teeth for crushing, and combine the characteristics of the jaw crusher to achieve the best crushing effect.
(6) Compact structure, more flexible movement, can be used for underground and surface.
