The
apron feeder is powered by an electric motor in the transmission unit. After the reducer is decelerated, power is transferred to the drive shaft through the safety coupling. At this point, the two sprockets mounted on the drive shaft rotate with the shaft. In addition, the two chains engaged with the head-tail connecting wheels also move forward with the rotation of the drive sprocket and tail wheel. The chain plate is mounted on the chain and moves synchronously with the chain. The role of the chain plate is to bear the overall weight of the material. As the chain moves, the chain plate also completes the process of transporting the material. Next, let's understand the maintenance and trial operation technology of the machine:
1. Maintenance:
Apron feeder in the operation process, must pay attention to maintenance and repair, to ensure normal production. The pin should be filled with calcium base grease once a month, and the gear tooth surface should be coated with calcium base grease once a month. Remove chains, pins and rollers every six months for cleaning or maintenance. Pay attention to observe whether the reducer oil level meets the specified requirements every month, and replace the reducer oil every six months.
In the production and operation process of the machine, the operation condition of the machine must be checked regularly, and the deformed and damaged thick parts must be replaced or repaired in time to ensure the integrity rate of the machine.
Second, apron feeder trial operation:
Empty machine test run:
(1) After the installation of the whole machine, the foundation reservation hole is solidified for the second time, tighten the anchor bolts of the machine, and then switch on the motor power for no-load test.
(2) Before the test run, the gear and reducer must be filled with lubricating oil, and the oil level of the reducer should meet the specified requirements.
(3) When the machine is rotating, pay attention to the condition of all parts of the machine. If there is any problem, the machine should be stopped immediately (the caretaker of the electrical control equipment should not leave the operating post).
(4) During the test, pay attention to whether the chain and the head and tail sprocket are smoothly engaged and whether the chain is stuck. If there is no problem, the no-load test will last for 4 hours to complete the no-load test.
Load test run:
(1) When feeding
apron feeder for the first time, it is not allowed to use the dump truck to dump the material. apron feeder chain plate should be loaded manually, and about 1 meter of material should be loaded before mechanical feeding to prevent deformation and damage of the chain plate due to strong impact.
(2) The operation of the load testing machine is the same as that of the no-load testing machine. If the apron feeder is healthy overall and the loading tester is complete, normal production can be delivered.
