Heavy-duty trommel screen is a special screening equipment developed by our company for power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It overcomes the screen plugging problem of various vibrating screens when screening wet materials, and improves the output and reliability of the screening system. It is suitable for screening all kinds of materials, as well as coal, coal gangue, coke raw and hydrated lime and other materials easy to jam, the size of the product under the sieve is 100mm, 10-50mm in the middle, the fine can reach less than 3mm, the product is well received by the majority of users. The principle structure of drum sieve sand machine, cylinder round sifter and trommel screen are almost the same, which is the difference in people's understanding and naming. Due to the rolling of materials in the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected, so as to prevent the screen hole blocked. GTS series trommel screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover and inlet and outlet. The drum device is mounted on the frame at an inclined Angle. The motor is connected with the drum device through a coupling by passing the reducer, and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface turns and rolls, so that the qualified material (the product under the sieve) is discharged through the circular sieve of the drum, and the unqualified material (the product on the sieve) is discharged through the end of the drum.
