The common failures and solutions of ultrasonic screening system
1. Ultrasonic vibration power supply does not display, ultrasonic device does not work, should check whether the 220V power line is broken, if there are problems, please timely repair and replace. Check the safety pipe of ultrasonic vibration power supply. If it burns out, please replace it with the power supply bogie switch. If there is any problem, please replace it;
2. When the ultrasonic power supply appears continuous or intermittent sound, check the connection between the ultrasonic shaker power supply and the transducer, if there is a circuit, please replace. Check the connector plug for water, damp or conductive material. If there is a short circuit, repair and check in time. Check the insulation value of the cable and plug. If the resistance is less than 1MQ, please replace the plug.Check whether the transducer is locked or not. If the fault cannot be eliminated after all inspections, please return to the factory for repair;
3. The power supply amplitude of ultrasonic vibratory separator is small, the amplitude of the screen is weak, check the insulation value of the cable and plug. Checking the transducer, if the transducer is not locked, tighten the transducer with a large wrench. Checking whether the screen is tight, whether there is open glue, if have, please tighten the screen or the stretching screen. Checking whether there is any dirt between the transducer and the pedestal of the frame. If there is, please clear the sundries between the pedestals. Checking the resonator or rods for cracks causing frequency misalignment.
