(3) Operation
Grain is small particulate, loose, liquid material and easy to be affected by the unstable state of the belt shaking device , especially in the vertical transmission, in which the grain is more sensitive to the running state of the belt and likely to cause leakage. In addition, because of the effect of centrifugal force, grain through the arc is also likely to roll and bump therefore, when purchasing equipment, manufacturers should be required to adjust the relevant parameters and structure for the characteristics of grain to ensure the smooth conveying.
(4) Grain brought back
After the grain is discharged from the first wheel, a few grains caught in the wavy creases can not be completely discharged. When it falls from the return section, and the leakage is below a few parts per thousand，which cannot be eliminated completely, and measures such as closure and collection should be taken in order to avoid wasting food and keep the ground clean.
