The Axle Fracture

The causes of axle fracture mainly include the following aspects.
1.The long-term metal fatigue. The axle of Vibratory Separator is subjected to a large torque for a long time in the process of use as a type of metal material, which is bound to damage the axle. The material inside the axle will gradually create a gap and the not fractured part will gradually be affected under the action of long-term torque, and finally the axle fracture under the action of torque.
2.The strong tension of the triangle belt. The advanced fatigue failure will present if the tension of the triangle belt is too strong, which will inevitably lead to the stress of axle increases obviously in the process of material handling, even exceed the maximum strength of the axle, which will directly lead to brittle failure of the axle. Even though no brittle failure occurs, it will also lead to a significant increase in the internal force of the axle.
3.The poor axle material. There are the major differences between different torsional strength of materials. If the texture of the material is poor, it will lead to the poor torsional strength and easy to occur brittle failure.
The Transmission Failure
The Transmission Failure is a common failure in the use of Vibratory Separator. Once the transmission failure occurs, the production will be affected greatly because of the stoppage of Vibratory Separator. Meanwhile the transmission failure is complicated, which exists difficulties in maintenance. The common transmission failure include the wear of the flexible disk coupling, the cutting off of the connection between the protective barrel and the screw, the damage of the bearing failure of belt wheel and the bearing seat and the tear of petal shape belt.
The Axle Hyperpyrexia
The axle hyperpyrexia is also a common failure in the use of
Vibratory Separator. Although the axle hyperpyrexia will not affect the production immediately, the long-term axle hyperpyrexia will affect the service life of bearing largely for certain. For that, the technical staff should give high value to the issue. There are two main reasons for the axle hyperpyrexia.
1.The long working hours. The long working hours create heat, and then promote the volatilization of lubricating oil, which cause further friction and raise the temperature.
2.The lack of lubricating oil. The lack of lubricating oil will raise the temperature.
The Shed Oil in the Using Process
The main reasons for the shed oil in the using process are as follows.
1.The movement generated by the center of rotation of vibration source. The movement of the center of rotation of vibration source will lead to a serious damage of obturation of vibrator, and under the action of rotational centrifugal force, the phenomenon of shed oil will present for sure.
2.The pressure difference between the internal and external pressure. In the rotation process, Vibratory Separator generate too much of heat to lead to the pressure inside the vibrator increase. Once the vent is blocked, the internal pressure will continue to rise. It will do some harm to the vibrator and destroy its air tightness and produce shed oil phenomenon when the internal pressure meet a certain level.
