The Scraper Conveyor is a conveying device for continuously conveying powder, granules and small pieces of granular materials in a closed casing by means of a moving scraper chain. Since the scraper chain is buried in the material to be conveyed, it is called a buried scraper conveyor.
When transporting horizontally, the material is subjected to the thrust of the scraper chain in the running direction.The material is conveyed forward with the scraper chain to form a continuous overall material flow.
When lifting vertically, the material is lifted by the scraper chain in the moving direction.The continuous feeding of the lower part also causes the falling of the upper material to be subjected to continuous resistance, forcing the material to move upward with the scraper chain.
When these forces are greater than the friction between the material and the shell wall and the weight of the material, the material forms a continuous overall stream that is lifted.

THE TYPE OF Flight
According to the different conveying materials, choose different sizes and shapes of the flight.
T Flight: For horizontal or slightly inclined conveyors BT Flight: For conveyors having any degree of inclination.
U Flight: For steeply inclined conveyors. 00 Flight: For vertical conveyors.
Closed U Flight: For vertical conveyors. 00 Flight with filler plates: Conveying viscous materials
1.It can transport powder, granules and small block materials horizontally or at a small inclination angle, and the horizontal conveying distance is long, up to 70 meters.
2.The structure is solid and can withstand the impact, impact, smashing, pressing and other external forces of coal, gangue or other materials.
3.It can be used for horizontal conveying or inclined conveying. When transporting upward along the inclination, the inclination angle of the material not exceed 25°, and when transporting downward, the inclination angle shall not exceed 20°.
4.It can be multi-point feeding and multi-point discharging without any additional feeding or discharging device.
5.The casing has good sealing performance, which can prevent the dust phenomenon during the conveying process of materials and reduce the pollution to the environment.
6.When there is no casing at the tail, and the scraper is put into the material pile, the material can be reclaimed and conveyed by itself.
