Adjustment of Exciting Force
The output shaft of each end of the vibrating motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block. Adjusting the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block can change the magnitude of the exciting force. The angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block is 0 degree when delivery, and the exciting force at this time is the rated exciting force of the vibration motor F.
Pay special attention, when adjusting the exciting force, adjust the adjustable eccentric block on the output shaft at both ends of the vibration motor to the same direction in the same direction.
Adjustment of exciting force steps :
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Loosen the outside eccentric block and tighten the bolt.
3. Both sides of the eccentric block should be rotated in the same direction so that the alignment line on the shaft aligns with the excitation force value on the eccentric block to the required excitation force value, and check whether the two ends have the same angle.
- The vibrating force and power are matched properly, the vibration force is large, the weight of the body is light, the volume is small, the mechanical noise is low.
- Since the vibrating motor is a strong resistance type vibration instead of resonance, it has a stable amplitude.
- The vibration frequency range is large. The vibration frequency of the electromagnetic exciter is fixed, generally equal to the power step rate, and the vibration frequency of the vibrating motor can be adjusted in a wide range by adjusting the rotation speed, the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily selected according to different thorough routes.
- When the influence of the power supply fluctuation is small, the electromagnetic exciter causes a large change in the excitation force due to the voltage change, but in the vibrating motor, this change is very small.
- Multi-machine combination, can achieve self-synchronization to complete different process requirements.
- The direction of the exciting force can be changed according to the installation method of the vibrating motor.
- The excitation force and amplitude can be adjusted steplessly only by adjusting the angle of the eccentric block.
- The maintenance is simple. Since the spring is not used like the electromagnetic type, maintenance work such as clearance adjustment and weight adjustment can be eliminated, and only the bearings need to be repaired regularly.
