The Guangdong Taipingling sandstone project is located on the northwestern shore of Red Bay in Huangpu town, Huidong county, Huizhou city, Guangdong province, between Taipingling and Yandunling. It is approximately 73km northwest of Huizhou city, about 40km northwest of Huidong county, and about 6.0km northwest of Huanghua town. The G324 national highway and the Shenzhen-Shantou expressway pass through the north side of the site, and the factory area is connected via the rural roads, county roads and national road and highways.
This project is the first phase of nuclear power sandstone plant project, which is located on the northwest side of the construction preparation area of the nuclear power plant. It covers an area of about 4.62ha (including raw material stone stacking area, processing area, finished product storage area, water treatment area, and office area).
The gravel field process is as follows: The aggregate is uniformly broken by a GZD960×3800 vibrating feeder to a PE600×900 jaw crusher and broken into stones with a particle size of less than 120 mm. Then it is sent to the PF1214 counterattack crusher through a belt conveyor for intermediate crushing into stones with a grain size of less than 60mm. The 3YK2460 circular vibrating screen was fed through the belt conveyor, in which the material greater than 40mm was returned to the counter-attack and broken to produce 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm high-quality aggregate.
